2020 Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Areas (NRSA)

City of Detroit renewed five Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Areas (NRSA) in 2020, as defined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Notice CPD‐16‐16. The intent of the NRSAs is to target Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) resources and leverage them with additional resources to further comprehensive community revitalization efforts.
