Detroit Police Compensation 2020

From a FOIA request submitted by Jonathan Mummolo: Compensation data for all employees of the Detroit Police Department for the most recent year in which complete data are available (preferably 2020). Specifically, I request that these data include, for each employee: Name, Job Title, Earnings (required), and age, gender, ethnicity, and hire date (if available).
