Energy Water Benchmarking Ordinance - Buildings

The verified list of buildings in Detroit that are over 25,000 square feet and thus fall under the Energy and Water Benchmarking Ordinance passed by City Council in 2023. This dataset includes building information, emissions/energy scores, and geospatial data of each building footprint. When Property ID and Energy Star Name values are non-null, this indicates a record and/or energy usage data is present in Energy Star Portfolio Manager that tracks building energy and/or water usage over time.
